Do I need technical knowledge?
No. Everything is fully managed. We handle setup, configuration, and ongoing support. You get a simple dashboard to monitor performance and a mobile app to manage your business on the go.
How is Intellivizz AI different from hiring a marketing agency?
Unlike agencies that charge retainers for manual work, Intellivizz AI provides an always-on platform with AI agents that work 24/7. You get voice agents, chatbots, automated workflows, CRM, and marketing tools — all managed and maintained for a predictable monthly fee, not hourly billing.

How is pricing structured?
Simple: a one-time $500 setup fee plus a monthly subscription ($100, $250, or $650 depending on your plan). Usage-based charges apply for calls, texts, and emails — you only pay for what you use.
What's included in the setup fee?
The $500 setup fee covers account provisioning, industry-specific automation deployment, integration configuration, and preparation for your onboarding sessions. This is a one-time charge applied to all plans. If your business requires specific custom automations or specialized deployments, the setup fee may vary — this will be discussed during your onboarding consultation.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan includes a 7-day free trial. You pay the $500 setup fee at signup, and your subscription billing begins 7 days after activation. During the trial, usage charges (calls, texts, emails) apply normally via your wallet.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. All billing is in USD.
Is billing in USD only?
Yes, all pricing and billing is in USD. This keeps our pricing simple and transparent globally.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime — no long-term contracts. Cancel directly from your account dashboard or email us at hello@intellivizz.ai. Your account remains active until the end of your billing period.
Onboarding & Setup
What to expect when getting started.
How long does setup take?
Your account is provisioned immediately after payment. Onboarding sessions are typically scheduled within the first week. Most businesses are fully operational within 7–14 days.
What happens during onboarding?
You receive 5 hours of live, hands-on onboarding. Our team configures your automations, connects your existing tools, deploys industry-specific workflows, runs end-to-end testing, and trains your team on the dashboard and mobile app.
How many onboarding sessions do I get?
All plans include 5 hours of live onboarding, typically spread across 2–3 sessions during your first 1–2 weeks. Sessions are scheduled at your convenience.
What do I need to prepare for onboarding?
Have your business information, login credentials for existing tools you want to integrate (email, calendar, CRM), and any branding assets (logo, colors) ready. Our team will guide you through everything else.

What's the difference between Thrive, Scale, and Pulse?
Thrive ($100/mo) is for businesses starting with AI — includes CRM, scheduling, 5 workflows, and pay-per-use AI. Scale ($250/mo) unlocks unlimited AI, workflows, marketing tools, and 10 users. Pulse ($650/mo) adds HIPAA compliance, audit logging, priority support, and 25 users for healthcare operations.
What is "unlimited AI" on Scale and Pulse?
Scale and Pulse plans include unlimited usage of AI chatbots, voice agents, content generation, and review response AI at no per-use charge. The Thrive plan offers these same AI features on a pay-per-use basis.

The Pulse plan ($650/mo) includes full HIPAA compliance: a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA), encrypted Protected Health Information (PHI) handling, audit-ready activity logging, and compliance-specific onboarding.
How is my data protected?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We implement strict access controls, regular security audits, and follow industry best practices for data protection.
Do you sign a BAA?
Yes, Pulse plan customers receive a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) as part of their HIPAA compliance package during onboarding.

What's the difference between email and priority support?
Email support (Thrive & Scale) provides responses within 24 hours during business hours. Priority support (Pulse) provides faster response times and direct access to our senior support team.
