Intellivizz, Inc. ("Intellivizz," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at intellivizz.ai and related services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information.

1.1 Information You Provide

Lead & contact information — name, email address, company name, phone number, and any messages submitted through our forms or conversion flow.
Business information — when you search for your business using our Google Places–powered search, we receive the business name, address, Google Place ID, and business category types returned by Google.
Consent records — your acceptance of this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Service, and cookie preferences.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Device & browser data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps.
Approximate location — we derive your country from your IP address using server-side headers provided by our hosting infrastructure (Vercel, CloudFlare). This is used solely to tailor the business-search experience to your region. We do not use browser-based geolocation and no location permission prompt is triggered.

3. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

Where the EU/EEA General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on:

4. Industry-Specific Compliance

4.1 HIPAA (Healthcare)

For healthcare clients, we implement appropriate technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect Protected Health Information (PHI). We will execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with covered entities as required by HIPAA.

4.2 TCPA (Telecommunications)

Our communication automation services comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. All automated messaging obtains prior express consent and includes opt-out mechanisms. We honor opt-out requests promptly.

4.3 FERPA (Education)

For educational institution clients, student education records are handled in accordance with FERPA. Records are disclosed only as permitted by applicable regulations.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who assist in operating our platform:

Google Maps Platform — business search is powered by the Google Places API. Your search queries are sent to Google and are subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Stripe — payment processing. Card details are handled directly by Stripe and never touch our servers.
GoHighLevel (GHL) — automation delivery. Your sub-account is provisioned on GHL infrastructure.
Vercel / CloudFlare — hosting and CDN. IP-based country detection occurs at this layer.
Google Analytics / Tag Manager — aggregated website analytics (see Section 6).
Sentry — error monitoring to maintain service reliability.

Each provider is contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes described above.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use the following categories of cookies:

6.1 Strictly Necessary

Required for core functionality such as session management, authentication, and cookie consent preferences. These cannot be disabled.

6.2 Analytics

Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager help us understand how visitors interact with the site. These cookies collect aggregated data (page views, session duration, traffic sources). You may opt out via the cookie banner.

6.3 Functional

We store certain preferences in your browser's local storage (not cookies), including your conversion-flow progress and daily search budget counter. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

Lead data is retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction, unless you request earlier deletion.
Active subscriber data is retained for the duration of the subscription plus 12 months.
Analytics data is retained in aggregated form and cannot be linked to individuals.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted database connections, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. Despite these efforts, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.

11. International Data Transfers

Our servers are located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. We apply appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required by law.
